Notre projet est basé sur un strict respect de la marche en avant dans le bâtiment mais également dans les voiries périphériques. Il permet des flux logistiques et produits sans retour en arrière en gérant tous les parcours en sens unique.
Sous une enveloppe légère et bioclimatique, une structure intérieure préfabriquée et performante détermine des plateaux libres, flexibles et évolutifs, peu contraints, ajustés aux besoins du programme. Les « ligne claires » sont celles du process et d'une organisation spatiale intérieure au service de l'ergonomie et d'une polyvalence d'adaptation aux évolutions. Les façades qui l'entourent répondent au même souci de fonctionnalité tout en proposant une architecture qui puise son inspiration dans les divers composants de fractionnement du sang, dont elle exploite les variations colorées du jaune à l'ambré. La résille des tubes verticaux colorés de la façade d'entrée traduit l'accueil au sein des limites de l'établissement en y associant des variations lumineuses changeantes dont l'effet impressionniste donne la sensation d’un matériau vivant.
Les exigences liées à l’activité du plateau technique impacte la forme du bâtiment, des solutions ont été étudiées pour amener la lumière au cœur du bâtiment. Des patios sont installés tout le long de la circulation centrale, « la rue des lumières ».Ils sont complétement vitrés pour faire rentrer une lumière directe dans les locaux attenants et éviter les « locaux aveugles ». De plus, la qualité et le confort visuel sont affinés avec l’installation de conduits de lumière naturelle zénithale qui captent en toiture la lumière et la diffusent grâce à des réfléchissants dans les tubes jusque dans les pièces et s’intègrent parfaitement au calepinage des plafonds des pièces.
Our project is based on strict adherence to forward movement within the building as well as on the surrounding roadways. It allows for logistical and product flows without backtracking by managing all routes in a one-way system.
Under a lightweight and bioclimatic envelope, a prefabricated and high-performance interior structure defines open, flexible, and scalable floors that are minimally constrained and tailored to the program's needs. The "clear lines" refer to the processes and an interior spatial organization that serves ergonomics and versatility in adapting to changes. The facades surrounding the building reflect the same concern for functionality while proposing an architecture inspired by the various components of blood fractionation, utilizing color variations ranging from yellow to amber. The mesh of colored vertical tubes on the entrance facade symbolizes a welcoming gesture within the establishment's boundaries, combining changing luminous variations whose impressionistic effect creates the sensation of a living material.
The requirements related to the activities of the technical platform impact the building's shape, and solutions have been studied to bring light into the heart of the building. Patios are installed along the central circulation area, known as the "street of lights." They are fully glazed to allow direct light into the adjacent rooms and avoid "blind spaces." Furthermore, the quality and visual comfort are enhanced with the installation of natural zenithal light conduits that capture light from the roof and diffuse it through reflectors in the tubes into the rooms, perfectly integrating with the ceiling layout of the spaces.
