L’opération a comme objectif de participer à la  mise en œuvre d’un projet urbain et de proposer des formes bâties et une structure végétale qui expriment un urbanisme contemporain, durable et écologique où l’intérêt des espaces plantés et de détentes comme lieu de rencontre est à la base d’un projet de logements réussi. Dans cet objectif deux bâtiments s’implantent en bordure des voies pour affirmer des alignements rues Dumas et Anatole France et créer ainsi 77 nouveaux logements, en recul du groupe scolaire, afin de préserver l'ensoleillement et l'activité de la cour d'école.

Les aménagements proposés s’articulent à partir d’une voie nouvelle qui dessert le groupe scolaire et la salle de sports. Cette voie permet d’accéder aux stationnements en cœur d’îlot affectés à l’ensemble des logements. Le long de cette voirie des stationnements visiteurs répondent aux besoins des logements et à ceux du groupe scolaire. Rues A. France et A. Dumas deux immeubles marquent les alignements et se retournent parallèlement à la limite Sud pour réaliser un îlot cohérent. L’immeuble rue A. France est prolongés par trois maisons de ville qui assurent la continuité des gabarits urbains.

L’ensemble des logements dispose d’un lieu de convivialité et de jeux en cœur d’îlot. C’est un espace d’intimité et de repos, sous les arbres.
Les matériaux accompagnent l’architecture de volumes que nous proposons. Ces jeux de modénatures expliquent la position des différents finitions : Bardage bois pour les volumes en avancés ou pour  marquer des points singuliers de l’attique ou du rez-de-chaussée ; enduits pour le corps de bâtiment. La chromatique proposée est simple : Naturel pour les bardages ajourés bois, claire et gris taupe pour les enduits.  Les deux immeubles sont couverts par une toiture terrasse végétalisée qui offre une réponse écologique à l’enveloppe du bâtiment. Des panneaux solaires photovoltaïques sont également positionnés sur les attiques des deux collectifs.

The objective of the operation is to participate in the implementation of an urban project and to propose built forms and a plant structure that express a contemporary, sustainable and ecological urbanism where the interest of planted spaces and relaxation as a meeting place is the basis of a successful housing project. With this objective in mind, two buildings have been set up along the edge of the roads to affirm the alignment of Dumas and Anatole France streets and to create 77 new homes, set back from the school group, in order to preserve the sunshine and the activity of the schoolyard.

The proposed development is based on a new road that serves the school complex and the sports hall. This road allows access to the parking lots in the heart of the block assigned to all the housing units. Along this roadway, visitor parking lots meet the needs of the housing units and the school complex. Streets A. France and A. Dumas two buildings mark the alignments and turn around parallel to the southern limit to create a coherent block. The building on rue A. France is extended by three townhouses that ensure the continuity of urban templates.

All the dwellings have a place of conviviality and games in the heart of the block. It is a space of intimacy and rest, under the trees.

The materials accompany the architecture of volumes that we propose. These games of modenature explain the position of the different finishes: Wooden cladding for the volumes in front or to mark singular points of the attic or first floor; plastered for the body of the building. The chromatic proposed is simple: Natural for the openwork wood cladding, clear and gray taupe for the coatings.  Both buildings are covered by a green roof terrace which offers an ecological response to the building envelope. Photovoltaic solar panels are also positioned on the attics of both buildings.
