L’objectif du projet est multiple : construire un cadre de vie et de travail agréable, efficace et stimulant, construire un environnement économe et durable, construire une communication d’entreprise.
L’enjeu du projet est plus ambitieux encore : bâtir une représentativité architecturale des valeurs de la MSA . Ces valeurs, réunies sous la devise « Solidarité, Responsabilité et Démocraties », revêtent un sens profond qui est son essence, seule capable de fédérer employés et adhérents autour d’un projet commun.
Cette capacité de fédérer passe par la cohérence entre la culture d’entreprise, l’attitude des personnes qui la représentent et la qualité des espaces. Elle passe par une réponse évidente, intuitive, à un besoin d’authenticité. Autrement dit, le projet répond à une conviction, celle que l’architecture apporte une vision globale sur toutes les expressions de la MSA. A ce titre il se donne pour objectif de réunir culture, respect, transparence, innovation et simplicité.
Parce qu’en choisissant une bonne fois pour toute de se simplifier les charges au quotidien, on peut passer à la jouissance des lieux et à l’ouverture à l’autre, le concept du Passivhaus nous est apparu évident. Et c’est avec cet objectif que nous avons choisi d’orienter le projet vers une organisation spatiale attentive au bien être, tournée autour de la fluidité et de l’échange.
Le projet prend corps autour de quatre valeurs fondatrices. La première de ces valeurs est une relation d’intimité entre la construction et son environnement, symbolisée ici par la forme du bâtiment préservant le jardin, le dialogue avec l’oblicité de la Chambre des Métiers de l’Artisanat, l’accueil au sein d’un espace de biodiversité responsable qui se veut une vitrine du monde agricole et espace de détente
contemplative.
La seconde valeur est la fluidité, qui agit comme activateur de sociabilité, en particulier grâce à la mise en relation des trois niveaux autour d’un vide central – véritable cœur du projet- et de son jardin en escalier. Ils ont une dimension de « troisième lieux », un esprit « comme chez soi ».
La troisième valeur est la modularité des espaces, au service du confort et de l’appropriation. Les bureaux, totalement reconfigurables, conjuguent l’authenticité des matériaux et leur noblesse avec la simplicité d’un design serein et ergonomique.
Enfin, la dernière valeur est la communication. L’architecture transcrit l’esprit de fluidité des espaces intérieurs par l’animation de la façade et la transparence du hall qui révèle l’organisation interne du bâtiment. Les gabions, que les adhérents de la MSA reconnaitront comme élément constitutifs de leur sol ancrent le projet dans le territoire Picard.
The aim of the project is multiple: to build a pleasant and efficient living and working environment, an economic and sustainable environment as well as a business communication.
The challenge of the project is even more ambitious: to create an architecture representative of the values of the MSA. These values, following the motto "Solidarity, Responsibility and Democracies", have a deep meaning that is its essence, the only one capable of unifying employees and members around a common project.
This ability to federate goes through the coherence between the corporate culture, the attitude of the people who represent it and the quality of the spaces. It goes through an obvious and intuitive answer to a need for authenticity. In other words, the project responds to a conviction, that the architecture provides a global vision of all expressions of the MSA. For this reason, it aims to bring together culture, respect, transparency, innovation and simplicity.
Because choosing once and for all to simplify everyday tasks, we can move on to the enjoyment of places and openness to the other, the concept of Passivhaus appeared obvious to us. And it is with this objective that we have chosen to direct the project towards an attentive spatial organisation to the well-being, turned around the fluidity and the exchange.
The project takes shape around four founding values. The first of these values is a relationship of intimacy between the building and its environment, symbolized here by the shape of the building preserving the garden, the dialogue with the Obliquity of the Crafts and Artisans Chamber, the entry within an area of responsible biodiversity working as a showcase for the agriculture world and a place for contemplative relaxation.
The second value is fluidity, which acts as an activator of sociability, particularly thanks to the linking of the three levels around a central void - the real heart of the project - and its stair garden. They have a dimension of "third place", a spirit "like home".
The third value is the modularity of the spaces, supporting comfort and appropriation. The offices, easily and completely re-configurable, combine the authenticity of the materials and their nobility with the simplicity of a serene and ergonomic design.
Finally, the last value is communication. The architecture transcribes the spirit of fluidity of the interior spaces by the animation of the facade and the transparency of the hall which reveals the internal organisation of the building. The Gabions, which the members of the MSA will recognize as constitutive elements of their soil anchoring the project in the Picard territory.
