L’objectif de cette opération, menée par ICF Nord-Est, est de proposer des interventions qualitatives pour permettre le renouvellement urbain de la cité cheminote de la Délivrance et sa re-densification par de nouvelles constructions.
Le projet prend acte du caractère singulier de chaque espace urbain mais prend soin de réunir la conception des 3 îlots par une architecture, qui prend en compte le respect du patrimoine bâti et végétal existant de la Cité jardin de la Délivrance.
Une étude d’urbanisme a été réalisée préalablement à la conception des habitations, et a permis de fixer les orientations paysagères et urbanistiques correspondant à chacun des 3 sites.
Le projet répond aux attendus de cette étude et reprend les directives architecturales décrites au PLU de la cité de la Délivrance.
La philosophie de notre proposition consiste à réaliser des projets situés, influencés par les caractéristiques de chacun des 3 sites, avec une volonté de récurrence des typologies bâties pour établir un caractère homogène à la globalité de nos interventions.
Chacune des morphologies répond au gabarit des habitations de la cité qu’ils s’agissent d’habitats individuels, intermédiaires ou de petits collectifs. L’architecture exprimée pour ces ensembles de logements, reprend les codes esthétiques des constructions existantes. Le jeu des toitures en pente à 45°, les éléments de modénature, les matériaux et la chromatique participent à la référence patrimoniale. L’expression des percements, les ouvertures en toitures et l’usage de proportions contemporaines permettent d’énoncer une architecture nouvelle pour la cité cheminote du XXIe siècle.
The objective of this operation, carried out by ICF Nord-Est, is to offer qualitative interventions to allow the urban renewal of La Délivrance and its re-densification through new constructions.
The project takes note of the singular character of each urban space but aims to group the design of the 3 islets through an architecture which takes into account the respect of the existing built and the vegetal heritage of la Délivrance housing project.
An urban planning study was conducted prior to the design of the project, and made it possible to determine the landscape and urban orientations corresponding to each of the 3 sites.
The project fulfils the expectations of this study and adopts the architectural guidelines described in the local urbanisation plan of La Délivrance.
The philosophy of our proposal is to carry out projects influenced by the characteristics of each of the 3 sites, with a will of repetition of typologies built to establish a homogeneous character to the entirety of our interventions.
Each of the morphologies corresponds to the template of the dwellings whether they are individual, intermediary, or collective. The architecture expressed for the housing project, incorporates the aesthetic codes of existing buildings. The game of sloped roofs at 45 °, the decorative elements, the materials and colours participate in the heritage reference. The expression of the openings, the roofs openings and the use of contemporary proportions make it possible to state a new architecture for the railway city of the XXI century.
