Le bâtiment actuel est le résultat d’extensions successives depuis l’origine de ce bâtiment réalisé juste après la première guerre mondiale et des extensions des années 80. Ces interventions ont conforté une organisation complexe liée à la gestion de la pente naturelle du site. Conséquences : des incohérences entre déplacement et mobilité des personnes âgées et un manque de fluidité pour les actions du personnel par les demi-niveaux.
Notre attitude est de proposer une nouvelle cohérence aux différentes époques de construction et de générer un nouvel équipement, homogène et capable de proposer des espaces de vie et de travail qui donneront un rayonnement à ce nouvel équipement public. Elaborer une stratégie de renouvellement du bâti et des installations, constituer un équipement de qualité, donner du plaisir et de l’ambition, redonner de l’humanité, voilà les objectifs que s’est assigné le projet.
Transformer la résidence par une recomposition globale, associée à des démolitions et des bâtiments neufs en prémurs thermique finition béton lasuré, nous permet dans le respect des coûts d’objectifs et en maitrisant les délais, de proposer un EHPAD contemporain, inscrit dans une stratégie d’évolution sociétal.
Création d'un bouclage simple sur les deux niveaux de l'EHPAD à l'issue de sa transformation pour :
- faciliter les repérages dans l'espace des résidents,
- permettre une meilleure organisation des circuits pour les soins et l’entretien,
- identifier des unités de vie,
- organiser une meilleure répartition des circulations verticales,
- avoir une meilleure surveillance des déambulations et des espaces communs ouverts (salons)
Création d’un EHPAD intergénérationnel associant le monde de la petite enfance par l’intermédiaire d’une halte-garderie directement au sein de l’établissement.
The current building is the result of successive extensions since the origin of this building, carried out just after the First World War and extensions of the 1980s. These interventions have consolidated a complex organization linked to the management of the natural slope of the site. Consequences: inconsistencies between travel and mobility of the elderly and a lack of fluidity for the actions of staff by the half-levels.
Our attitude is to offer a new coherence to the different eras of construction and to generate new equipment, homogeneous and capable of offering living and working spaces that will give influence to this new public equipment. Developing a strategy for the renewal of buildings and facilities, building quality equipment, providing pleasure and ambition, giving back to humanity, these are the objectives that the project has set for itself.
Transforming the residence by a global reorganization, associated with demolitions and new buildings in thermal premurs with a stained concrete finish, allows us in the respect of the costs of objectives and by mastering the deadlines, to propose a contemporary EHPAD, registered in a strategy of societal evolution.
Creation of a simple loop on the two levels of the EHPAD at the end of its transformation to:
- facilitate the locating in the space of the residents,
- allow a better organization of the circuits for the care and the maintenance,
- identify living units,
- organize a better distribution of vertical circulation,
- have better surveillance of walks and open common spaces (lounges)
Creation of an intergenerational nursing homeassociating the world of early childhood through a daycare center directlywithin the establishment.
