La forme architecturale permet au projet de s’inscrire dans le tissu urbain existant, tout en conservant un caractère contemporain par l’usage et la mise en œuvre des matériaux. Les façades des logements à étage sont traitées avec un bardage en stratifié compact ponctué de bow-windows avec des vitrages colorés translucides (turquoise, rouge, et jaune) donnant un aspect chaleureux et une identité à l’ensemble.
Tous les logements sont certifiés Qualitel THPE. Nous avons porté une attention particulière sur l’isolation des logements en utilisant des procédés techniques limitant les ponts thermiques. Nous avons privilégié l’éclairage naturel pour toutes les pièces principales. Les eaux de pluie sont infiltrées sur les parcelles par un système de noues et l’excédent est rejeté vers le réseau urbain dans la limite des débits autorisés.
The architectural shape allows the project to establish itself within the existing urban fabric while keeping a contemporary feature through the use and the implementation of the materials. The multi-storey housings facades are treated with a compact laminate cladding punctuated by bow-windows with transparent coloured glazing (turquoise, red and yellow) conferring a warm aspect and an identity to the complex.
Each housing is certified Qualitel VHEP. We were particularly careful with insulation by using technical processes limiting thermal bridges. We prioritized natural light for every single main rooms. Rain water is infiltrated on the plots by a system of ditches and the surplus is rejected towards the urban network within the limits of permitted flows.
